Benjamin Cebulash
Field Product Specialist
Ben is a seasoned education professional with a track record of transforming teaching and learning through innovative technology. With over 15 years of experience teaching English and ELA, Ben brings an understanding of classroom dynamics and student needs to Teq Squad.
Ben came to Teq in 2011 as a Professional Development Specialist and was responsible for program implementation, advanced PD services, and workshops for K-12 curriculum, as well as on-site coaching and demonstrations.
After 10 years as a PD Specialist, Ben made the shift to Field Product Specialist with the Teq Squad. As a Field Product Specialist, Ben is an expert in all things Teq. Whether STEM products or iBlocks, Ben brings student-centered learning to schools and communities to equip learners with the technology skills they need.
Nicholas Cilluffo
Field Product Specialist
Nick is an accomplished professional in both special education and educational technology. With a master’s in adolescent special education and certifications in social studies and students with disabilities, he possesses a deep understanding of diverse student needs.
Coming to Teq in 2017 as a Field Product Specialist, he has helped schools and educators throughout the country. Whether integrating technology such as display panels, 3D printers, robotics, and coding devices, or giving on-site demonstrations, his career has encompassed both classroom teaching and consulting.
As a skilled trainer and presenter, Nick has delivered impactful professional development to all educators. His experience with students with various disabilities paired with expertise in IEP development, behavior management, and inclusive practices, has enabled him to leverage technology to enhance student learning and engagement.
Desmond Hasty
Field Product Specialist
Desmond is an experienced technology educator specializing in computational thinking, programming, and robotics. With a bachelor’s in management information systems, master’s in instructional technology, and certifications in instructional technology and education, Desmond brings a variety of comprehensive skills to Teq.
As the newest addition to the Teq Squad, Desmond comes with over 15 years of experience in K-12 education. He is an expert in creating engaging and effective learning experiences to build skills in problem-solving and innovation.
Desmond has a deep understanding of student needs, working with diverse groups such as at-risk youth, gifted learners, and CTE & college-bound students. His ability to build relationships with students, teachers, and administrators has been instrumental in fostering a collaborative learning environment for all.
Robert Abraham
Director of Education
Robert is an experienced technology coach in education with a passion for helping educators integrate technology into their teaching practices. A former NYC Department of Education teacher with over 30 years of experience in the field, Robert has worked with teachers and administrators to develop technology-rich learning environments that engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
Robert has a deep understanding of the challenges that educators face when trying to integrate technology into their teaching. Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and professional development sessions, he provides personalized support to educators to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to effectively use technology in their classrooms.
